Set Action Bar Text
Play 0x57, server → client.
play · 0x57 · clientbound (server → client)
Shows text above the hotbar for a few seconds. The server sends it for /title ... actionbar. The client renders the text in the action bar.
Sent by the server, read by the client. Listen for it with client.on("SetActionBarText", (data) => …) on the receiving side.
